Founded in 2013, Wealth Resources is a leading Private Investment Company
headquartered in Sydney.
Through a successful takeover of a listed resources company in 2014, Wealth Resources has established an energy business unit in Queensland, Australia where it holds the extensive spread of coal development and exploration licenses.
Wealth Resources has developed extensive experience and local knowledge in the Investment, Natural Resources, and other sectors and has high-level connections with Government, Regulators, the Community and Banks in Australia.
The company is therefore uniquely positioned to take advantage of the Free Trade Agreement between Australia and China. The countercyclical investment philosophy enables the company to capture the numerous opportunities that arise for valuable assets in such a volatile market, as well as create great capital enhancement in long term.
In January 2014, the company acquired the ASX-listed coal development company Carabella Resources, which holds multiple high-quality, near-production coking coal and PCI assets in Bowen Basin, Queensland with more than 200 Mt JORC resources.
The Bluff Project is an open-cut mine potentially producing low ash, ultra-low volatile Pulverised Coal Injection(PCI) coal. Bluff is located approximately 20 km east of Blackwater in Central Queensland. Bluff will produce a premium high-quality ULV PCI coal in 2017 benchmarking the "top 5" brands in the international seaborne market. Total JORC resource of 73.1Mt can support mine operations for over 10 years.
GROSVENOR WEST PROJECT
The Grosvenor West Project is located 160 kilometres south-west of Mackay in Central Queensland. It will produce premium quality hard coking and an export thermal coal. Total JORC resources of 141 Mt comprising five coal seams can support mine operations for up to 20 years.
